I have been going to this show for the past 15 years and always enjoy the ambience of the show and meeting up with the friendly faces of my suppliers and clients. I get a lot of inspiration as well because of the creative and innovative ideas and the new developments within the fabric and related industry. I view Heimtextil as an important centre for our customer-relationship activities because the fair attracts all our international partners. To me, Heimtextil is the most important fair in the world. It is the only fair that has a genuine worldwide impact. The organization: Messe Frankfurt are always at their best. The level of internationality here is impressive. No other fair and exhibition company offers a better service. Hence, participating at this exhibition should be a long term plan for serious players in the furnishing fabric business. It’s always winter during heimtextil and since, my customer friends are all Asians we always enjoy the evening dinners, away from the cold, where we meet up at Jade’s Restaurant at Moselstraße 25 located not far from the Hautbanhoff (CENTRAL TRAIN STATION). The owner of this restaurant is a Malaysian Chinese lady and we are always glad to enjoy the tasty Chinese food away from home. The delicious food and the warm cosy ambience of the restaurant and the nice hospitality are irresistible. This exhibition is humongous in size and just four days to cover it. So any serious visitor need to plan their visit. Pre-arrange your appointments ahead of your trip. One of the big reasons to attend heimtextil is the list of new and returning exhibitors which includes JAB. Lars Puschmann, the Sales Director at JAB Anstoetz indicated that : they will be presenting its stylish Gardisette spring collection, which features numerous highlights for the occasion of the brand’s 60th anniversary, as well as the full range of interior sun protection products offered by the company. The following are some of the interesting attractions to the exhibition: Heimtextil Trends One of the main attractions at this exhibition is to see the new trends and the forecast of the new colours for 2013. This is the creative way to discover the most important and international trends at the beginning of every year.
